What we have set out here are two primary set ups for progressive riders who have already mastered their first rides. There are variations that we can put together if you have any other “preferences”. If you’d like some advice on the best set up for you then please call us on 07542 835125.

Setup one: For riders up to 70kg which has the 1300sqcm front wing, 260 Arc Down rear stabiliser, 80 cm Alloy mast, 0 degree alloy base plate and 61cm fuselage.

Setup two: For riders over 75kg which has the 1600sqcm front wing, 260 Arc Down rear stabiliser, 80 cm Alloy mast, 0 degree alloy base plate and 61cm fuselage.

Assembly is quick, through the use of large diameter titanium bolts in the foil assembly and an open-ended connection plate. This aligns with the industry-standard spacing and works in conjunction with AK stainless-steel quick connect board inserts.

A streamlined 0 degree Alloy base plates absolutely minimises drag when you’re getting going or touching down, while creating a solid connection to the mast via M8 double bolt connection.

12mm slots enable micro trim adjustment when not being used in a track system, while the open ends make the plate much quicker and easier to fit when being used in a track system.

Please note that the AK foils have a sliding adjustable mount on the rear stabiliser so you can alter the power of the stabiliser and balance the foil according to your exact foot weighting preference.

Moving from progressing on a 1300 front wing will most likely see you moving down to a 1000 as the next step down front wing.

Moving from progressing on a 1600 front wing will most likely see you moving down to a 1300 as the next step down front wing.
