Ordering & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal for secure, convenient checkout worldwide.

Do you offer payment plans?

What are my shipping options?
We offer two premium shipping methods:
– Standard Shipping ($12.95): DHL/FedEx, 10-15 days after dispatch

Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to most countries globally, excluding some remote areas in Asia and locations where delivery networks can’t reliably handle watersports equipment. Our checkout will notify you immediately if we can’t deliver to your location.
How long does order processing take?
All orders are hand-checked by our team in 1-2 business days (we inspect every Airush, Duotone, and F-one product personally). You’ll receive tracking details the moment your gear leaves our Omaha warehouse.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day no-worries return policy from delivery date. If any gear doesn’t meet your expectations (though we’re confident it will!), our rider-staff will guide you through the simple return process.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect (in which case we’ll provide a prepaid label).
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The time to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
