Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition with tags attached. Please note:

  • All returned items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Non-returnable items (based on product category):
    • Opened or used helmets and impact vests (safety reasons)
    • Custom or special order items like custom foil setups
    • Downloadable software or digital products

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely with all original packaging and include:

  • Return authorization form (we’ll email this to you)
  • Copy of your invoice

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after return processing

Exchange Policy

Prefer a different wing foil setup? We offer exchanges for:

  • Size exchanges (boards, harnesses)
  • Color/style changes (when available)
  • Product upgrades (price differences apply)

Exchange shipping is free for customers in eligible regions (excluding Asia and remote areas).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective gear (rare with our quality control!):

  3. Receive a replacement or refund – your choice

International Returns

For customers outside the US:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
